Revolving Door Roster Updates: Brandwatch, Dentsu, Ogilvy


This week brought plenty of changes in the agency world, with shops from Cincinnati to New York and London welcoming new employees.

Brandwatch

Social media intelligence provider Brandwatch announced a host of leadership changes. Channing Ferrer was promoted to global president, from chief business officer. Drift senior vice president Matt Tippets joined Brandwatch as chief product and technology officer. New senior vice president, Americas sales Henry Spitzer comes from Lusha, where he had been chief revenue officer. Beth Brown joined Brandwatch as senior vp, global agency and business solutions, after serving as senior vp, global client solutions at Media Futures Group. And former Sprinklr director of large enterprise sales, Midwest Jordan Gorosh came on board as enterprise sales leader.

Curiosity

Taylor Wiegert joined independent agency Curiosity as executive vice president, head of strategy, from The Martin Agency, where he was vp, group planning director. New executive vp, analytics Dan Mayer comes from Kroger Precision Marketing, where he served as vp, media platforms. And former Mirren managing director, agency growth strategy Laura Matthews is Curiosity’s new vp, client partnership. The company also promoted Ashley Neel to executive vp of activation from vp of activation.

Dentsu

Patrick Hounsell was promoted to CEO of Dentsu Canada from president of Dentsu B2B Americas. Hounsell succeeds Stephen Kiely, who was promoted to CEO of Tag Americas.

Elmwood London

Jade Horton joined brand and design consultancy Elmwood London as strategy partner. She had been with Taxi Studio, working with brands including Carlsberg, Coca-Cola, and Nestlé Health Science.

Fusion92

Danielle Aldrich, the new chief client officer at marketing transformation partner Fusion92, comes from digital agency Organic, part of Omnicom, where she served as senior vp, business development.

GLOW

Former Huge chief creative officer Jason Musante joined GLOW as executive creative director.

Immediate

Guljeet Samra joined Immediate in the newly created role of director of acquisitions and social media. Samra had been CCO for Percival Menswear and CMO for Kick Game.

Jung von Matt London

JvM London announced two senior hires. New senior account director Siham Zerkak had been an account director at Wieden+Kennedy London, working on accounts including Coca-Cola, Ford, Kahlua, Nike, and TrustPilot. And Harry Sandhu, formerly senior creative at Anomaly, joined the agency in the same role.

Kepler Group

Chris O’Brien joined Kepler Group as executive vp, head of client solutions. He had been managing director, global client lead at Omnicom Media Group, leading accounts including Culver’s, S.C. Johnson, and State Farm.
