Ogilvy Health named a new global CEO, Mario Muredda, former president of marketing at Avalere Health. Kim Johnson left the role to pursue other opportunities.

Ogilvy New York added two new executive creative directors. Kasia Canning had been with Maximum Effort. And Cha Spruce was with Wieden+Kennedy in Portland, Ore., where they helped found and lead social-first creative studio BODEGA.

Pavone Group announced four new hires for its media department. Jeremy Freeman joins as media director after serving as senior director of media and strategy at Empower Media. New media planner and buyer Drew Conklin also comes from Empower, where he was associate director, investment. Addie Harris joined Pavone as customer-relationship-management and marketing automations specialist. She is the founder and owner of Dream Big Digital. And Grant Alexander is the company’s new media operations specialist.

Global creative community Prettybird UK added Emily Rudge as managing director. She comes from Not Just Any, where she served as managing director and executive producer.

Lissa Blackaby Forsterer joined independent, full-service marketing agency RP3 Agency as chief growth officer. She had been vp of agency growth at Owen Jones and Partners.

Rasika Narang joined Valtech as its first executive director, growth, for its marketing agency service offering in the Americas. She had been chief marketing and growth officer at StrawberryFrog.

Sean Cheyney joined Vistar Media as head of retail media. He had been executive vp of global retailer sales at CitrusAd.
